...and 30 degress outside and I've just left the comfort of a really warm bed to go out and run five miles. Although I'm glad I did it when I'm done, I have to admit, its getting hard to do this when the weather turns and I feel like its the middle of the night. But I figure that its worth the price of a few more holiday cookies. Or something.
Here goes the cold....
