Andy outdid himself this year. Armed with 100 luminaries, he (including my brother and cousin, and a smattering of children) bedecked the back yard with a Christmas star.
Seized with inspiration weeks before, we wondered if he could pull it off. With mounds of snow on the ground and many helping hands it was glowing Christmas day night.
And so, for next year...
